PROCESS OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

• Step 1: Receiving brief or information and consulting for clients
• Step 2: Making survey of status and signing contract
• Step 3: Sending 3D design after 1-3 weeks (depend on dimension of projects and quantity of detail tasks)
• Step 4: Suitable adjusting (if any) for clients
• Step 5: Sending technical documents and handing over the technical drawings

*Refund 50-100% total design cost when MOS receives total project, including design and build (depend on the dimension and investment of each project)

PROCESS OF PAYMENT

• Stage 1: 40% of contract value after signing contracts
  Stage 2: 40% of contract value after 3D designs are confirmed
  Stage 3: 20% of contract value after client receives technical documents
